eTranscripts Updates

Possible Delays for Reporting Grades and Fulfilling Transcript Requests

Some Ontario universities and colleges have released their winter term grades, but others are still pending.

There may be delays in recording and reporting grades and fulfilling transcript requests.

Some applicants may not meet a transcript deadline despite having an “end-of-term” or “after degree” request on file.

You can check the OUAC Portal to find out if an applicant has any of these deferred requests.

July 1 Changes to Fees

Transcript request fee changes that universities requested for July 1 will be reflected in both the OUAC’s applications and the list of fees on that date.

2026 Program Updates Tool – Coming Soon

We plan to open the Program Updates tool in the OUAC Portal the week of June 30.

We will send an email letting you know when you can start making changes to Undergraduate programs for the 2026 cycle.

Admission Information Service (AIS) Opens Wednesday, June 4

What is the AIS?

The AIS allows Ontario high school applicants to determine which universities may have places remaining in specific programs.

If Ontario high school applicants applied to an Ontario university but did not receive any offers of admission by June 2, they can add programs through the AIS after this date at no additional charge.

New applicants and applicants who received 1 or more offers will still be required to pay the application fee or additional choice fee ($50 per choice).
