ALERT mode
We are still in ALERT mode. The City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, in collaboration with the Centre de la sécurité civile de Montréal, is continuously monitoring the situation for the Lac St. Louis and Lac des Deux-Montagnes, as well as for the Rivière de l’Anse-à-l’Orme.
- Lac St. Louis
The water level is 100 mm (4'') above the minor flood threshold, and the trend is up.
- Lac des Deux-Montagnes
The water level is 300 mm (12'') above the minor flood threshold, and the trend is up.
Sand bags offered by the City
Residences and businesses located in the red zone along Lac St. Louis and Lac des Deux-Montagnes can receive up to 4 pallets of sand, free of charge.
To make the request, affected owners must call 514-457-6666, between 8 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday.
Be vigilant and prepared
The City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue and the Agglomeration of Montreal encourage all citizens and merchants located in the red zone to be vigilant and to implement preventive measures as of now.
