New rate changes in effect November 1

Adjustments to our service rates will take effect on November 1, 2025. This includes a 1.8% inflationary adjustment to Meter and Connection rates, and a 4.4% increase to the Capacity Charge to support operating costs and future clean energy infrastructure.

For customers who wish to further reduce their emissions, we have also introduced an optional low-carbon energy rate.

• Cellulose sponges are a better alternative than plastic. Made from wood fibres, cellulose sponges are reusable for up to six months and biodegrade after disposal. When you're done with your sponge, just cut it up into smaller pieces and place it in your compost.
