WCB Nova Scotia continues to serve workers and employers while our employees are working remotely, but we’ve suspended in-person service at our Halifax and Sydney offices.

  • Benefit payments for injured workers are being paid as usual
  • Health services are being delivered differently, as most clinics have closed. In some cases, appointments are continuing by telephone or video link, as long as they meet specific conditions.
  • Workers who are not already using our online services should sign up for WCB Online and direct deposit, for faster, more convenient payments.
