Proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw 2813 - 505 4th Avenue

Council adopted the zoning amendment for 505 4th Avenue. The property is designated Residential in the Official Community Plan and was previously zoned Residential Standard (RS). The new Multiple Unit Mixed-Use Residential (RMMU) zoning allows for multiple-unit residential development as the primary use, with the option for limited accessory commercial uses on the ground floor of a multi-unit residential building. The zone also allows for building to be up to 18m tall, where a housing agreement is established designating at least 20% of the residential units as affordable housing units Find more information at the agenda link above.
