We are jumping into summer weather far ahead of schedule!  Other than the bugs, no complaints from us!  Join your friends and neighbours here at the library to make DIY Bug Spray, Paint a wooden rainbow, and for so much more.

Lake Sign

June 4th at 6:00 pm

Using wood generously donated by Perron's Hardware and some cricut stencils make your own "Lake" sign! Choose your saying, stencil it on, and leave with a custom sign for your porch or cottage. This workshop cost is by donation.

 

Wooden Rainbow

June 11th at 6:00 pm

Create your own custom wooden rainbow of any colours! Great to add a splash of colour to any space. Optional: Book a Cricut Cutter Appointment and cut out a saying to overlay on your sign!  This workshop cost is by donation.

Drop-In Sewing Club

June 13th at 6:30 pm

Make your own catch all custom bag to carry all of the things. Bring your own sewing machine and sewing supplies or use the library sewing machine!  

Bug Spray & Plant Protector

June 18th at 6:00 pm

Spray the bugs away with an all natural blend of essential oils and chemical free alternatives! Nothing is better than homemade and this includes bug spray. Learn about what each oil can offer in terms of protection, and make a second bottle of Plant Protector to help eliminate pests on plants!

Portrait Paint Class

June 25th at 6:00 pm

Paint a portrait of your friend, partner, parent or cousin! You may have seen the tik tok trend online (If not, worth the watch!) of partners and friends painting each others portraits. We are bringing this hilarious trend to life with a light hearted painting workshop here at the library!
