G-Up Club is Back!
Coaches Patrick Humphries and Judith Hirsch have developed an updated version of the G-Up Club for this fall!
Dates: Sept 25 - Nov 27 2019
Schedule: Mon, Wed & Thurs 8pm - 10:15pm
What's involved: Two days of coached climbing and training as well as one day of suggested group training with a written plan. There will be accountability through online training logs and access to an online training plan so you can keep on track and catch up to the club if you miss a day.
Goals of the program: Group motivation and accountability. Progress technical movement and physical training. Develop visualization skills and techniques for working a project.
