Sportball Birthday Party!

Sportball offers high-energy, action-packed birthday parties for kids ranging in age from
2 - 12 years! Kids enjoy a variety of sports and supervised games in a fun, structured and safe environment; festivities finish off with a traditional birthday celebration.

Bronze Medallion - 13yrs

Prepares participants to respond effectively to a variety of aquatic emergencies. Students will develop their fitness, safety, knowledge, water rescue skills and judgement while learning lifesaving, first aid and CPR skills. This course is the pre-requisite for Bronze Cross.

Move n’ Groove is a fun, low-pressure dance fitness class blending easy-to-follow choreography with basic conditioning exercises. Expect upbeat music, laughter and a feel-good sweat! Low impact (no burpees here!). Drop-ins welcome if space permits.

Seniors Open Gym is a great option for those wanting access to fitness equipment outside of joining a formal gym. Non-instructional. Pre-payment can be made at The 55 Activity Centre, Brennan Park Recreation Centre or online.
