Chapter 12 of 12 has arrived!  We hope your 2024 was full of everything you wished and worked for, success and joy big and small in every form.  It's never too late, even in the last month of the year, to do the things you felt so inspired to do last January! The book Atomic Habits by James Clear states "All big things come from small beginnings. The seed of every habit is a single, tiny decision." Good readers start by reading less than half a page each day.  Whatever you want to become starts with just a small beginning!

Calling all kids!  Come to the library and pick up your card making supplies.  Brighten the holidays with your creativity and kindness!  Cards will be delivered to the residents at Nipissing Manor.

Learn about Furoshiki, the art of japanese cloth gift wrapping! An incredible way to present your holiday gifts. Leave with the know-how to wrap nearly everything: books, bottles, oddly shaped items, boxes and much more.

Wooden Trees

December 10th at 6:00 pm

Make your own unique wooden Christmas Tree! Build paint or stain and decorate with lights and more. Perfect for indoor or outdoor decor.  Bring a hammer if you have one!  If not, we always have extra.

 

Drop-In Sewing Club
