Grab your helmets, gloves, and hockey stick because we’re excited to see you on the ice! Please note that there will be no goalies or scrimmages. This program focuses on improving your skating skills in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We encourage you to register online since spots are limited. Remember, this is a non-contact and unsupervised activity, so come ready for a great time!

Overtime Hockey is an ice time for players 60y+ to get together and enjoy a low-key hockey game. Full gear required. This is an unsupervised, non-contact activity.

Zumba Toning
with Taeko. 19yrs+

Zumba is a dance-cardio exercise that uses your full body. This type of vigorous exercise will increase your heart rate and the amount of oxygen your body is using during your workout positively impacting your cardiovascular system. Zumba toning incorporates the use of sticks to add an element of strength training to familiar dance moves; enhances sense of rhythm and coordination while toning target zones including arms, core, and lower body.

Silver Swans
Ballet Program. 55yrs+

Designed specifically for adults 55 and over, Silver Swans offers a gentle and accessible approach to ballet, helping participants improve balance, strength, posture, and overall wellbeing. Classes are accessible to different fitness and mobility levels. No prior ballet experience is required just a willingness to move and enjoy music. Drop in available if space permits.

West Coast Swing & Jive
with Gerald. 19yrs+

You ain't got a thing if you ain't got that swing! No partner required. We rotate partners during classes; with 25 years of experience, we make even the most nervous of novices comfortable within seconds. Our enthusiasm and passion is contagious. You’ll be glad you started. Drop-ins welcome.
