We realize that this is a very difficult time for everyone, and we are determined to support each and every one of you. As a community, we will unite to overcome the situation.

The storm has passed, leaving behind a record of over 170 mm of rain. Our team has been working diligently since Friday to evaluate and mitigate the damage across the city. We are looking at different ways to help residents affected by this violent downpour.

Insurance Companies

As we continue our efforts, we encourage you to contact your insurance company as soon as possible to evaluate the damage and determine possible solutions. If you don't have insurance, we invite you to contact cleaning companies who can guide you through the process.

Special bulky waste collections

Due to the exceptionally high demand and the large number of damaged goods, the collection company will be able to make only one collection per residence, either today, August 14, or on Friday, August 16.

We are actively seeking solutions to satisfy all residents and process their requests as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult period.
