A Get Active Questionnaire and Fitness Assessment completed in the past year is required to register. If you are a new client interested in BodyWorks, please view our website for more details on how to join our programs.

Nutrition Booth
Proper nutrition is vital for staying active and independent as we age. Thanks to those that joined us on Wed, July 19, for a quick and informative 5-minute talk on the importance of nutrition in healthy aging, as well as practical tips and key points on these essential nutrients to help you make better-informed nutrition choices.
Key Topics:
Protein: Essential for maintaining muscle mass and supporting recovery.
Vitamin B12: Crucial for brain function and red blood cell production.
Bone Health: Tthe roles of Calcium, Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Vitamin K2 in maintaining strong bones and preventing osteoporosis.
