Need quick tech help? The UBCO IT Chatbot is LIVE on the UBC IT Okanagan website and is available 24/7 to assist with common questions and support requests. Our Bot does NOT use Generative AI and is able to provide support based on whether you're staff, faculty or a student. Test it out with your top IT support questions to help us make it better to help you better!

IT Helpdesk Walk Up Hours

Walk-up support at the IT Service Centre resumes regular hours hours as of September 15.

Walk-Up Support: 10am-3pm (closed 12-1pm).
Phone Support: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (807-9000)

Use the LIVE IT WALK-UP SUPPORT webcam to see if the window is open or busy. Submit a ticket or use the knowledge base in the Self-Service Portal for IT & Workday support anytime.

UBCO Wifi Updated!

The UBCO IT Network team is wrapping up a 2 year project to expand and upgrade Wifi across campus. This means faster speeds and lower latency, improved video calls, smoother streaming and better service even in busy spaces. Newer devices will see the most benefits esepcially when using UBC Secure.
