April showers can't bring us down!

April's arrival is sure to bring signs of spring and sunny days ahead!  We are amidst renovations and spring cleaning but most certainly excited to see you here at the library.  Look forward to lots of fun in our schedule and on our shelves, new books are on their way to you!  Keep an eye out for the upcoming East Ferris Trade Show as another highlight happening at the end of May!

Curl and create whimsical floating works of art with vintage books! As a shelf display or a hanging art piece, these works of art are simple yet stunning. Anyone can master this artform!

 

Drop-In Sewing Club

Make a market bag, it's easier than you think! Learn the ins and outs of a basic sewing project with local sewing expert Kelly! Bring your own machine, material and thread or use one of the library sewing machines.

DIY Heat Press Class

April 16th at 6:00 pm

Build a stronger business brand with company t-shirts! Send your logo prior to the event and we will show you how to use the in-house heat press with pre-cut cricut vinyl. A great workshop before the Trade Show!

Cook Book Book Club

April 15th at 5:30 pm

Cook a dish, bring a dish, eat a dish!  Join the April Book Club for some tasty dishes and choose any Looneyspoons Cook Book!  Request and pick up your book here at the library.  

Watercolour Paint Class

April 23rd at 6:00 pm

Put a spring into your step and find the beauty in watercolour arts! Make a set of three loosly "Spring" themed prints and learn an array of techniques to boost your skills. All welcome to this joyful painting experience.

DIY Planter Railing Boxes
