Find out more | Update: Sun Life changing PBM in 2023 Sun Life has again deferred the transition to Express Scripts Canada to a yet-to-be-decided date in 2023. No action is required from faculty and staff at this stage. The Gold certification was presented by Excellence Canada, an independent, not-for-profit corporation and a national authority on quality and healthy workplace practices. Learn more | | | Event focus: Mindful Mondays Join accredited mindfulness teacher, Aisha Tejani, for a 20-minute guided mindfulness session online every Monday up until December 19, from 12:15 p.m. to 12:35 p.m. Embed a structured mindfulness break into your day. Each session covers a new topic such as gratitude, awe, interconnectedness, sounds, breath, and more. These sessions are open to all UBC faculty and staff. Register | Find out how substance use might be affecting your wellbeing Take the confidential ALAViDA self-assessment to get personalized insights on your substance use, life functioning, and wellbeing. When you complete the assessment, you receive a self-care gift and an optional session with an ALAViDA coach to help redefine what wellness is for you. Take the assessment | TELUS completes the acquisition of LifeWorks Our Employee and Family Assistance Program provider, LifeWorks, has been acquired by TELUS Health. This will not affect UBC faculty and staff's ability to access LifeWorks and the associated services.
