May 2022

Wow! We are at the end of another amazing and busy school year! As finals are winding down, I hope you take some time away from school to enjoy the best time of year for outdoor activities here in Kelowna. Some of my favourites include hiking at Okanagan Mountain Park, paddle-boarding on Okanagan Lake, or going for a run on the campus trails. For those of you who are staying in Kelowna this summer, I hope you continue to take advantage of the amazing programs recreation has to offer all spring and summer long!

In our department a few changes are taking place... one of them is that I will be the Customer Service Coordinator for the year! You may know me from teaching group fitness classes or promoting recreation events around campus, and now you can find me at the Customer Service Desk. Stop by and say hi!

I would also like to congratulate the graduating class this year. I am graduating as well, and am looking forward to our in-person ceremony in June! Here’s to an amazing spring and fun summer.
