Celebrate BC Seniors Week June 2 to 8
Proudly presented by Aspira Retirement Living (Astoria and Mayfair Terrace)

Listen to live music, try a low impact sport or take in an educational workshop during BC Seniors Week. Adults 50 and better (not just seniors) can join free activities all week long.

Pick up a "passport" booklet at Dogwood Pavilion, Glen Pine Pavilion or Maillardville Community Centre. Collect stamps at eligible programs for a chance to win prizes.

Drop-in and pre-registered programs now available

Town Centre Park Community Centre is now open, and offers plenty of opportunities for families to get involved. Connect with other parents and tots through play, songs, and stories at our Baby & Tot Time, available four days a week.

Swimming and Water Play Options
Eagle Ridge Pool opens this Saturday

As the weather warms up, there are many ways to cool down in Coquitlam. Eagle Ridge Pool will open for the season this weekend at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 1.

Residents can also take advantage of additional resident access to Coquitlam’s Bettie Allard YMCA, as well as free access to ten spray parks and Blue Mountain Wading Pool (opening June 17).

Bring the Party to your Block
Coquitlam’s Block Party program is back

Coquitlam residents are in for a treat as the City's Block Party program returns with $150 grants. The program aims to provide an opportunity for residents to connect with their neighbours, foster new friendships and build a sense of community.

Party organizers can use the funds to help with food or supply purchases, equipment rentals, entertainment, or other costs, ideally sourced from local Coquitlam businesses.

The City is honoured to be located on the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm traditional and ancestral lands, including those parts that were historically shared with the q̓ic̓əy̓ (kat-zee), and other Coast Salish Peoples.
