It's Patient Experience Week!

Patient Experience Week (April 23 – 27) is an annual event that recognizes the hard work of all those who impact patient experience on a daily basis. But that's not all! This important week also serves as a chance to reenergize efforts and come up with fresh ideas to improve patient experience.

All week long, we’ll be unveiling brand new videos and resources to foster authentic engagement between patient and health care partners.

With a new learning video series and several new resources on how to prepare for engagement, you won't want to miss an update! We'll be updating the list of new resources on our blog, but we also encourage you to explore our Resource Centre. Check out our Twitter and Facebook channels to find out about our latest resources as soon as they're released!
