MyRoad Winter 2026 Cohort

 

Although the Fundamentals Level of the Core Training and Mentoring Program can be completed at your own pace, MyRoad offers the possibility of completing this level in a cohort, giving you the opportunity to structure your learning path, obtain support and feedback from peers and mentors and increase your motivation.

For those completing the program at their own pace, please note the dates for the 2026 winter forums:

- February 9 2026, 2PM EDTForum on Current Concepts in Obesity, Diabetes, Cardiometabolism and Nutrition

- April 7 2026, 12:30PM EDTForum on Knowledge Translation

Canadian Obesity Summit 2026 – Travel Award Competition

MyRoad, in collaboration with Obesity Canada, is launching its Travel Award Competition to participate in the Canadian Obesity Summit 2026 in Montreal, Quebec, from March 25 to 29, 2026.

It is where Canada’s obesity community comes together — researchers, and healthcare professionals— to exchange ideas, share the latest science, and put evidence into practice.

The SQLNM, the CMDO, and the MyRoad training platform welcome you to the joint annual meeting MétaboliQc 2026. The event will take place from February 11 to 13, 2026, at the Saint-Hyacinthe Convention Centre. This year’s theme: “New paradigms in cardiometabolic health”.

MyRoad, in collaboration with the CMDO’s Student Initiatives Committee and its citizen community, will offer a free pre-conference workshop adressing Successful engagement of citizen partners in research on February 11, 2026.
