HEART and HEARTH Program Partnership with Province of B.C.

We are very pleased that Squamish has been announced as a partner in the Province of B.C.’s HEART and HEARTH program to help meet the urgent need of residents experiencing homelessness. The program brings the Province and local government together, along with the many local partners dedicated to this work, to better support people who are unhoused and sheltering in encampments. This program will offer a chance for some unhoused Squamish residents to experience a sense of dignity, safety and belonging as an important step to help stabilize their lives.
