Season's greetings! ☃️
December 2024 Newsletter

Hi! Your friends at FireSmart Canada here.

❄️ As the snow begins to fall it's tempting to stop thinking about fire season. We get it, it can feel overwhelming at times! However, winter is a great time to plan and prepare for the coming year. Here are some things to consider:

  • Do you have an emergency plan and kit for your family?
  • Do you plan on renovating? If so, can FireSmart best practices be incorporated?
  • Do you have any trees that can be pruned prior to spring?

Not sure where to even start? We're here to help.

Check out our FireSmart resources and take your first step in your wildland fire mitigation journey.

We wish you all a peaceful holiday and a FireSmart new year!
