Traveling While Black at McLean

Directed by Roger Ross Williams, the first African American director to win an Academy Award, and co-directed by Ayesha Nadarajah in collaboration with Félix Lajeunesse and Paul Raphaël, Traveling While Black is an immersive experience that dives into the long history of restriction of movement for black Americans and the creation of safe spaces in our communities.

Illuminating Circles, Passage, Transforms Broadway

The Garment District Alliance unveils Passage, an interactive art installation comprised of 20 circles of light that form a pedestrian tunnel on Broadway.  Passage was created by Serge Maheu, with fabrication and assembly by Félix Ménard.
