CORRECTION - Kimberley Avenue Corridor Improvements — Project Update No. 3 – August 27, 2026
Please note that, contrary to the information provided in Construction Update No. 3, there is currently no pedestrian access between Kimberley Avenue and Gerry Sorensen Way. The previously identified pedestrian route along the Gym 67 frontage is not available.
This closure was unexpected, and we recognize the inconvenience it may cause.
The Kimberley Underground Mining Railway remains open, with vehicle access available via the Norton Avenue detour.
For your safety, please do not enter the construction area or cross posted fencing or barricades.
We will provide a further update as soon as pedestrian access becomes available.
We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience and understanding.
