You spoke, we listened. In May 2023 we made changes to how you could access services through Patient Voices Network (PVN). Now, we want to check in and see how things are going for you!

We want PVN to be a nimble, partnership-focused platform supporting authentic engagement. A “good” experience helps you easily navigate being a part of improving BC’s health care system, and ensures you have everything you need to confidently work together.

Over the next few weeks, we will be checking in through:

  • Two focus groups – one with the PVN Oversight and Advisory Committee, one with a randomly chosen group of partners.
  • A PVN experience survey – open to anyone who has used or is using PVN. The survey will be available for two weeks.

We will be reporting back what we heard, and what our plans are moving forward. We appreciate any feedback you can provide. If you have any further questions, you can contact pvn@healthqualitybc.ca
