Registration for the Fall 2024 term (Sept to Dec) is open for all programs.

A Get Active Questionnaire and Fitness Assessment completed in the past year is required to register. If you are a new client interested in BodyWorks, please view our website for more details on how to join our programs.

Truth and Reconciliation

Sept 30th marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

There will be no programs from Saturday, Sept 28th to Monday, Sept 30th.

Programs will resume on Tuesday, Oct 1st, 2024.
