Indira Samarasekera encourages aspiring women leaders to lean into challenges with courage

Throughout her career as an engineer and former university president, Dr. Indira Samarasekera has faced many obstacles which she grew to embrace. As a woman leader, she is focused on inspiring other women underrepresented in leadership roles.
