Apply for a learning and teaching grant

Grant funds support faculty members, sessional instructors, staff, academic units and educational leaders to design and implement course and curricular reforms in their discipline. The LTSI grants reflect the vision, values and priorities of the UVic Strategic Framework. LTSI can also help you apply for external grants requiring the assessment of learning impact.

Apply for the Teaching-Stream Faculty Learning and Teaching Development Fund 

This fund provides financial support to teaching-stream faculty who seek to participate in a range of professional development activities related to the scholarship of teaching and learning including, but not limited to, attending academic conferences, engaging in research, and making scholarly presentations.

Funding is for professional development activities occurring within six (6) months before or twelve (12) months after the application deadline. The deadline to apply is March 31, 2023.
