In this Issue:

  1. Vaccines, Supplies and STI Medication Orders

Vaccines, supplies and STI medication orders are now available to be ordered.

Please submit your orders as per our usual procedure, using the appropriate Vaccine Order Form, including previous 4 weeks of temperature logs.

However, during our COVID-19 response, there are some changes as follows:

  • we require 5 business days (rather than usual 3) for orders to be processed.
  • a pick-up time MUST be pre-arranged as our offices remain closed at this time.

To arrange a pick-up time - after you have submitted your order, call our Vaccine Information Line 613-966-5500 x 222 or email AHanes@hpeph.ca.

  • Our normal delivery schedules to Bancroft and Picton will continue to be affected due to staff constraints. Details of delivery can be discussed when your pick-up time is being arranged.

For COVID-19 risk assessment or for more information, you may contact our dedicated COVID intake line at 613-966-5500. Phone calls are being answered 7 days a week. Hours Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6:30 pm; Saturday, Sunday, Holidays 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

HPEPH has closed our doors to the public; however, we remain dedicated in protecting our community and providing local HCPs and our community with new information as it becomes available.
