A Behind-The-Scenes Look at Our Strategic Plan

We launched our new Strategic Plan a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with all the excitement and positive feedback we’ve been seeing! Here’s your chance to go behind-the-scenes of the plan’s development.

In our latest blog post we tell the story of how the plan came together – a six-month process involving patient and health care partners, our Oversight & Advisory Committee and Engagement Leaders, as well as other patient engagement practitioners across Canada.

Follow the plan’s journey, from an initial consultation with our partners to its endorsement by BC Patient Safety & Quality Council Members, and hear from our Engagement Leader Leah Smith as well as Kimberly Strain, one of the Oversight & Advisory Committee’s patient partner representatives.

The post also features our main takeaways from the consultation survey which you may have completed last December. Your feedback was essential for the development of our Strategic Plan and we’re happy to close the loop with you!
