What does it really mean?

Neurodiversity is a way to describe the differences in our brain function as simply a variation of our uniqueness. Neurodiversity celebrates each individual's talents and skills while also acknowledging the various challenges that may come with neurological differences.

Examples of variations within the spectrum of neurodiversity may include: autism spectrum disorder, dyspraxia, dyslexia, ADHD, Tourette syndrome, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
