RECYCLING TIP OF THE WEEK

Our community is working hard to reduce contamination in the recycling totes. You can help by ensuring that only accepted materials through the curbside collection system are put in your recycling tote.

Curbside collection auditors are currently reviewing the contents of recycling totes around Squamish neighbourhoods. Waste diversion through recycling is a community effort and auditors are there to provide resources and helpful feedback. Owners of repeatedly contaminated recycling totes can face fines and suspension of service.
