| Public Service Annoucements and News Releases | Saskatchewan marks Sexual and Reproductive Health Awareness Week by highlighting the importance of conversations and care During Sexual and Reproductive Health Awareness Week, from February 8-14, the Government of Saskatchewan is highlighting the importance of regular, open discussions about sexual and reproductive health as a key part of overall health and wellness. | Sixteen new addictions treatment spaces open in Regina The Government of Saskatchewan is providing more access to addictions services by funding 16 new second-stage sober living treatment spaces in Regina. | Celebrating 80 years of Saskatchewan Air Ambulance This February, Saskatchewan Air Ambulance (SAA) celebrates 80 years of service, marking eight decades of providing critical care air transport for the people of Saskatchewan. | Pediatric Bundles Effective February 10, 2026, the Pediatric Early Warning System Clinical Procedure and Pediatric Procedural Sedation Clinical Procedure, replacing former regional health authority policy and procedures, including documentation, comes into effect. Clinical Team Members should be familiar with and using the SHA clinical documents. Please review the implementation guide and documents located on the Maternal and Children’s Clinical Resources page. For all other inquiries, contact the SHA Clinical Library. | Payout of Time in Lieu banks and cut-off dates As outlined in the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements, any unused portion of an employee’s Time in Lieu bank is paid out prior to March 31 of each year. Based on these provisions, the following cut-off dates apply for Time in Lieu usage for the current fiscal year: - Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan (HSAS) - February 28, 2026
- Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) - March 1, 2026
- Service Employees International Union (SEIU) - March 7, 2026
- Saskatchewan Government and General Employees' Union (SGEU) - March 31, 2026
Accordingly: - HSAS and CUPE staff may use accumulated Time in Lieu up to February 28, 2026
- SEIU staff may use accumulated Time in Lieu up to March 7, 2026
- SGEU staff may use accumulated Time in Lieu up to March 14, 2026
If applicable, your Time in Lieu bank will be paid out and deposited into your account on March 27, 2026. Any Time in Lieu earned after the above-noted dates will carry forward and be available for use in the next fiscal year, in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement. | 2025 T4 slips - available February 13, 2026 Your T4 slip for the 2025 tax year will be available to download in MyConnection on February 13, 2026. T4 slips for former employees will be mailed to the address on file by end of February. You may also be able to view your T4 through the Canada Revenue Agency's My Account service by mid-March. T2200's will be available in early March.
