Are You Ready?

We’re ready to welcome you at the Hotel Bonaventure Montréal in a few weeks! Are you as excited as we are? Here’s a quick checklist of things to keep in mind before joining us:

• Have I registered for all of my workshops in addition to the Congress?
  July 31^st is your last chance!
• Have I purchased my ticket for the Gala Dinner to wrap up the week in style?
• Have I registered to some free Lunch Symposium given by Promega, ThermoFisher and QIAGEN on August 19^th, 20^th or 21^st?
• Have I looked at the exhibitor’s floor plan so I can plan visits to some of the
  30+ exhibition booths?
• Have I booked my flights? And don’t forget—if you’re flying with Air Canada, you can take advantage of our discounted fare by using our promotional code.
• Have I booked my hotel room? Rooms at our partner’s hotels are filling up quickly, we only have 2 preferred rates left, so don’t wait before it’s too late! Otherwise, you can check which hotels are available nearby.
• Have I planned my transportation between the airport and downtown Montréal, where both the Congress venue and my hotel are located?
• Have I planned a few activities or made reservations at some local restaurants?

You’ll find answers to all of these questions on our website and if you haven’t registered for the Congress yet, please note that Late Registration rate will come into effect on August 1^st.

E-posters

If you have been selected to give a presentation during the poster sessions, you can upload your e-poster directly in your session on the Grenadine platform once logged by following these steps.

You have until August 5^th to upload your e-poster.
