Over the past year, we’ve been hard at work making significant improvements to Cyberimpact to ensure we continue delivering the best possible service and features to support your business.

As part of these efforts, we will be implementing a 5% price adjustment effective November 1st, 2024*. This adjustment is essential to maintaining the quality and competitiveness of our platform. We want to assure you that this increase is directly tied to the value we've been adding to Cyberimpact, including:
 

• Enhanced security features such as stronger password requirements, mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA), and anti-DDoS protection.

• The introduction of our new Landing Pages feature to create customizable and high-converting campaign pages.

• The addition of a Pop-up feature for better lead generation.

• Ongoing work to achieve SOC 2 compliance (Bringing us to one of the most important security certification) within the next few months.

• Tagging System for improved email template organization, making it easier to categorize and manage templates.

• Integrations with multiple platforms, such as Mews, Reservit, Amilia, and LoungeUp, plus a new "Update Contact" action to enhance our Zapier integration and streamline workflows.

• The possibility of obtaining Anonymized Statistics to ensure compliance with Quebec's Law 25 and improve data privacy management.

• An easy way to promote and share your events with our new Calendar Event block.
   
• New domain authentication feature and other improvements, specifically tailored to meet Gmail and Yahoo’s compliance standards, ensuring better email deliverability and fewer emails marked as spam.

In addition to these platform upgrades, Cyberimpact has grown internally to better serve you. We've expanded our Client Support team and hours of business, brought on more Developers, and launched new services such as Onboarding and Dedicated Account Management.
