NEW COMPETITION

The MyRoad training and mentoring platform is launching its General Travel Award Competition 2025-2026.



This program aims at supporting trainees and early career investigators (according to the definition of CIHR) in the field of obesity, diabetes and cardiometabolic diseases to present their research results in national and international scientific events to promote dissemination of their discovery and increase career success.

JUST A REMINDER

DREAM Trainee Day and Symposium Registration

 

It's not too late to register for the DREAM Symposium and Trainee Day and to apply for travel grants offered by MyRoad.

The DREAM Trainee Day will take place on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025, in Winnipeg, Manitoba prior to the 14th Annual DREAM Symposium entitled “Diabetes Research Symposium: Making Connections for Innovation”, held on November 13th, 2025.

MyRoad is partnering with CIRTN to host a pre-conference ahead of Diabetes Canada’s Annual Conference.

Mark November 24 and 25, 2025, in your calendar – the event will take place in Toronto.

MyRoad will once again be offering travel awards to attend both the pre-conference and the main conference.
