Bell Let's Talk Day is January 25

The annual Bell Let’s Talk Day will take place Wednesday, Jan 25. Watch the Let's Talk webpage for updates about this year’s campaign and how you can promote this in your school. Encourage your student leaders to promote the day with school-wide messages or activities.

For classroom resources, check out the Bell Let’s Talk ‘Tools for the Classroom’ where you can download conversation guides and student activities such as chatterboxes and self-care bingo.

Helping students cope with exam stress

Exam stress. That feeling of tension and worry that comes from test-taking situations. It’s normal for students to feel some stress about upcoming exams or course culminating activities. Like all stress, the pressure students feel might help them focus and work hard. For some students and at certain times, it might feel like too much. Educators, you can help students learn about what stress feels like for students, and help them find coping strategies. You can also use daily practices in your classroom to create a mentally healthy environment that calms and reduces stress.
