We continue to experience very high demand at the IHC Cancer Care Centre,
and we are grateful for the continued trust of our patients. You may have noticed that hyperthermia appointments have occasionally been scheduled earlier or later in the day to accommodate this demand.
To improve access to care, we have made important adjustments to our clinical space and scheduling, including the addition of a third LRHT unit. This expansion allows us to significantly increase appointment availability for patients who rely on this essential therapy.
We have also recently welcomed several experienced nurses and physicians to our team. These additions ensure continuity across our core services, including laboratory testing, IV therapy, injection therapy, LRHT, and body warming treatments.
We are pleased to introduce Leanne Hewlin, our Resident Mindfulness
Practitioner at Integrated Health Clinic. Leanne provides mindfulness-based
support and Radical Remission coaching, informed by both clinical training and her personal experience with cancer. Her work brings a compassionate,
grounded approach to supporting patients through their healing journey.
Finally, we wanted to address something that has recently come to our attention. We understand that the recent closure of our Fort Langley clinic may have been unexpected and, for some, understandably confusing—particularly for those who have been part of our community for many years. We truly value the trust you have placed in us and want to support you as best we can during this transition.
If your care was transferred to a practitioner who is no longer affiliated with
Integrated Health Clinic (IHC), your ongoing care is now being managed
independently of our clinic. Please note, that access to IHC services is limited to patients who are currently under the care of one of our IHC naturopathic
physicians.
Our services—including access to our medical doctors, laboratory, IV therapy
suite, cancer screening programs, dermatology, and cancer treatments—are part of the care we provide to IHC patients actively followed within our clinic.
