This week's educator resources commemorate International Day of Pink 2025, which is on April 9th, acknowledging the importance of standing up against bullying, homophobia, transphobia, and all forms of discrimination. The resources offer practical guidance and affirming content to help create inclusive, identity-affirming, and safer learning environments for 2SLGBTQIA+ students.

Educator Resources:

1. Provided by Egale Canada, Inclusive Schools includes guidebooks, curriculum-based toolkits with videos, classroom activities, discussion prompts, posters, webinars, and more.

2. Provided by The RISE Project, Queering Education includes 2SLGBTQIA+-affirming content, foundational principles, and guidance aligned with each of the approaches presented in the content modules.

3. Check out this video by SAFER Project, which provides guidance on creating a SAFER classroom to prevent gender-based violence against 2SLGBTQIA+ students.

Thank you for joining us on this journey!
