Making friends in university can feel intimidating at first, but it’s one of the most rewarding parts of campus life. Whether you're joining an intramural team, attending a group fitness class, or just striking up a conversation at the gym, recreational spaces are perfect for meeting people with shared interests. Don’t be afraid to say hello or invite someone to work out together—small interactions can lead to lasting connections. Remember, everyone is looking to build their community, and sometimes all it takes is a friendly smile to start a new friendship.
