Introducing the RTW Toolkit - A guide for healthy recovery from psychological workplace injury.

With gradual onset psychological injury compensable this September, employers need to be ready. Find out what you need to know to help prevent psychological injuries in your workplace and how to support your valued workers should one occur. As always, work can often be part of recovery.

This guide covers the importance of having a RTW strategy and understanding psychological health in the workplace. It provides guidance for RTW plans for employees with a psychological injury including tips on conversations and accommodation strategies to consider.

You can find even more roadmaps and resources to guide return-to-work approaches for workers with physical injuries, too, at Employer Return-to-Work Toolkit (wcb.ns.ca)

These new resources were made possible through a partnership agreement with WorkSafe Saskatchewan and author Dr. Joti Samra, R.Psych., a national thought leader on issues relating to psychological health, wellness and resilience.
