Meet our BodyWorks Staff

Meet Nathan:

I’m a recent kinesiology graduate and am currently the interim program coordinator at Bodyworks! I have worked at Bodyworks since September 2017. I have taught CFIT and SPIN classes in the past and you may also have seen me around working behind the desk! I love working and chatting with all individuals with different rehabilitation and fitness goals and backgrounds. On the side, I am also a competitive powerlifter as well as a registered Kinesiologist at a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic. If you ever see me around, feel free to come say hi!

BodyWorks Healthy Tip

Risk for oral health problems increases over time without dental attention. As such, it is important to see a dentist for a check-up if you haven’t been within the last six months. Oral health problems when left untreated is associated to other serious health conditions such as diabetes. If you notice any changes in your oral health, you should see a dentist as soon as possible!
