EFAP focus: GreenShield one year on

It has been a year since we transitioned our Employee and Family Assistance Program to GreenShield Health. Over the past 12 months, more than 1,000 faculty and staff members have utilized the unlimited, free counselling or access tailored work, health, and life support from GreenShield's vast network of specialists from across Canada. From personalized nutrition and substance use support to financial, legal, and career transition advice, our EFAP is available to help you navigate through life's challenges.

Sun Life rebrands Lumino Health services

Throughout 2025, Sun Life has rebranded its Lumino Health products and services under the Sun Life name. There are no changes to the services available to eligible faculty and staff.

Previously, you could access discounts with Canadian companies through Lumino Health. These discounts are still available, but they can now be found on the Sun Life member portal under “Offers” and “Health Centre”.
