New Master's, DESS or PhD students in the fall 2022 semester are required to prepare a mandatory study plan. Double degree with an integrating semester students will not be required to complete a study plan in the fall semester, but only after admission to the master's program.

The study plan consists of a list of all the academic activities (workshops, courses, internships, projects and seminars) and research activities you must complete for your program.

The study plan proposal must be completed using the designated form and must be approved by your Supervisor (DESS and professional master’s) or your Research Supervisor (Research-based Master’s and Doctorate/PhD), and by your graduate studies coordinator. You will then need to have your study plan approved by the Registrar's Office before the deadline for course selection, which is September 12, 2022 for the 2022 fall semester.
